Overview

The aspiration of the Nonprofit Management Program is to help enhancing the role of civil society organizations in Yemen through technical trainings and other capacity building efforts to promote the accountability, transparency and sustainability of the CSOs, in order to strengthen the relation of these entities with relevant stakeholders, including community members, private sector, government and international organizations.


Capacity Building

CBA creates sustainable training and consultancy mechanism tailored for nonprofit organizations. After conducting need analysis, some examples of on-hands training and interventions are made to financial and internal systems, strategic plans, quality assurance practices, sustainability.

Nonprofit Management Certificate

The Center of Business Administration Nonprofit Management Program offers a curriculum and technical assistance that comprise all needs of local NPOs, CSOs, NGOs etc. Its development was based on surveys in addition to a two-year experience with intensive work on CSOs capacity building strengthening. The Program’s purpose is to assure that the nonprofit sector has the talent needed to successfully meet the challenges faced by our nation and the world. The program remains the only national nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, preparing, and certifying the next generation of nonprofit leaders.
